ABOUT US: CREDENTIALS
Simon Price founded 24ten CONSULTING
in 2024.
PRECIS He is an accomplished business leader in the real estate & property sector with a successful track record spanning strategy, work winning, operational delivery and management consulting. Working initially for Lendlease and PwC, he developed a 20 year career at Gleeds as a PPP/ PFI consultant, Government change programme lead and UK Board Director with responsibility for Work Winning.
ACHIEVEMENTS Simon delivered significant business growth as Head of Bidding & Sales and Strategy & Change Lead at Gleeds. He is passionate about seeking collaborative opportunities for business improvement and has led strategic initiatives that delivered enhanced client satisfaction, revenue growth and market share.
INTERESTS He has an empathetic approach to team formation and development based on embracing the benefits of cognitive diversity. He is a mental health first aider and has led Diversability Working Groups with special interest in autism inclusivity.
EDUCATION Simon holds two First Class degrees: in Construction Management, Economics & Law from the University of Reading and MBA (International Management) from the University of Exeter.
